Working as a small production team, these pieces shine a light on traditional techniques, from forging to firwelding to forming and setting the shape this process showcases the complexities and intricacies of Blacksmithing.

Our original client was concerned about the general wear and tear as well as chipping and flaking on their gate. Since the property was Victorian, the client wanted to highlight the timeless and ornate architecture. With smooth and clean lines we able to add a sleek and sophisticated twist to the overall aesthetic of the property. As a result, we were able to create sixty components with a mill scale finish, which acts as a protective barrier against corosion. More recently, we had another client that requested we make them 18 components for a newly built gate. This design is sure to withstand the test of time, showcasing a classic design that can draw attention to any environment.

Alongside this, we also offer a variety of other finishes. For exterior pieces, you can choose between a Galvanised finish with a 50 year warranty or a Powder Coat finish with a 25 year warranty and a smooth coloured appearance. For interior pieces, we use a wire wheel with an Iron paste for a dark raw metal finish or Renaissance Wax/Beeswax for a shiny raw metal finish.

During our design process we work closely with the client to ensure that the project feels personal to them. When a client contacts us regarding a possible project, we always make sure to ask them for an image of where we would install so that we can provide you with a 90% accurate representation of what the finished product would look like through Procreate software. Once we begin production, our lead times vary between 6 and 8 weeks.
