About Us

Founded in 2017, Orchard Blacksmith was set-up by co-directors Andy and Mikey Orchard following their extensive training and education within Blacksmithing and Creative Ironwork at Plumpton College in Lewes, East Sussex. The combinaion of Andy’s contemporary designs through his work with established craftsmen and Mikey’s traditional and organic approach inspired by fellow artisan metalworkers has enabled us to comission a diverse range of projects, allowing us to push creative boundaries outside of  the traditional Blacksmith trade.

Orchard Blacksmith pride themselves on the quality of their work and close relationships with clients from the design process through to installation; ensuring that customers are always happy with the finished product and are given the highest level of service. We are always looking to expand our offerings and creative skillset, no matter how out of the box!
